How we take it: 5 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach or with light food (ideally protein and healthy fats), with a glass of water and electrolytes. Then coffee. That's the start of a maximally productive day.

Zero stimulants doesn't mean we're anti-caffeine. It means we didn't hide caffeine in your nootropic and charge you for it.
